Sharing Experience, Learning Together

The purpose of this conversational workshop is to unwrap the wisdom contained in the Domestic Violence Handbook for Clergy and Pastoral Workers* and to learn from it and from one another, with a view to:

  1. assisting us to respond more faithfully to any person in a domestic violence situation and who may be seeking our understanding and support
  2. developing the capacity to sit with the person
  3. encouraging leadership across the Church that fosters and nurtures respectful relationships and recognises the dignity of the human person.
