World Day of Prayer
Friday 6 March 2009"In Christ there are many members yet one body"
World Day of Prayer has been prepared by the women of Papua New Guinea (PNG) and on 6 March 2009 men, women and young people in over 170 countries will be united in prayer as they bring the needs of the people of Papua New Guinea before the Lord.

is a world-wide movement led by Christian women of many traditions who call the faithful together to observe a common day of prayer each year.
